- Must have an accepted credit card to hold deposit and rental fee.
- Must have a state issued drivers license or state issued id that matches the credit card used.
- Children under 7 years of age must have a life jacket on at all times on the boat.

All cancellations must occur within 72 hours of rental start time. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation is 100% non-refundable.
