1Do we have to pay for fuel?
Yes. Each boat or PWC will have a full tank of fuel when you pick it up and will be required to be full upon return.
2How old do you have to be to rent a PWC?
18 years old
3How old do you have to be to operate a PWC?
14 years old
4What is the capacity of tritoons?
12 passengers
5Can we pull a tube or skier behind the tritoon?
Yes. You are welcome to pull tubes or skiers behind our boats.
6Are there life jackets available?
Yes, life jackets are available for both tritoons and PWC's.
7Is there a mile restriction on boats or PWC when we rent?
No, we do not have a mile restriction.
8What if I damage a tritoon or PWC?
The "renter" (the person who signs the paperwork) is responsible for any physical or bodily damage that occurs while the tritoon or PWC is being operated under the "renters" consent. The tritoon or PWC will be inspected after each use for damage. Repairs for damages will be at the renters expense.
9Where can I find your rental agreement and rules?
10What are the requirements for passengers (non-drivers) on PWC and children under 14 years of age?
Children must be 44" or taller (typically 6 year old to be a passenger on a PWC. A parent or guardian must fill out a waiver for each child.
11Do I need a driver's license?
Yes, you need a state issued drivers license or state issued id that matches the credit card used for your deposit and rental.
12What do I need to bring with me the day of the rental?
Anyone operating a tritoon or PWC needs to bring a driver's license or photo id. A major credit card that matches your driver's license or photo id, is needed for anyone paying for the rental. Bring your cell phones in case you get lost, have any questions, or want to stay out longer.
13What is included in our rental?
We provide you everything you need including life jackets, safety briefing/orientation and free locker for belongings.
14What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
All cancellations must occur within 72 hours of rental start time. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation is 100% non-refundable.
