- Florida Boater safety license
- The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, to successfully complete an approved boater safety course in order to legally operate a vessel powered by a motor of 10 horsepower or greater.
Florida Jet Ski Rental Rules and Regulations
- Must be at least 18 years old with a major credit card in order to rent.
- There are no age requirements to be a passenger but you will need to be 18 or older to drive alone.
- Recommended Boat Rental 90 day temporary license $9.90: Boat-Ed
